Troy Miller - NRB - CEO & President - returns to Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan Podcast after his last week visit to Israel.
Miller is a senior executive with more than 30 years of management and business experience. He has served as the interim CEO of NRB since March 2019, assuming leadership during a time of financial crisis. Under Miller’s leadership, the association has recaptured a strong financial position, grown its membership and significantly enhanced programming, networking, equipping, sponsorship, and exhibition aspects of the annual NRB International Christian Media Convention.
Miller is also currently President & CEO of NRBTV where he has served since June 2005. He served with distinction in the US Navy from 1983-1988, including time assigned to the Naval Engineering Command at Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, MS. Miller was part of the commissioning crew of USS Bunker Hill. He worked for personal computer Gateway, Inc. for ten years and was involved in leading several business startups, including Gateway’s expansion into Europe and Asia, new manufacturing facilities, and global information technology application strategy. He served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer for D. James Kennedy Ministries. Miller has spoken at seminars on strategic business planning, information technology integration, organizational development, and Christian apologetics, as well as training pastors in the Far East. Troy Miller is married to Marsha Miller, and they have four children.
Miller shares his experience after visiting Israel last week; how Courageous Christian Leaders can and must powerfully influence not only the media but people around them; change their views; the future of America - AND - create Courageous Future Leaders.

Mark Looy is the Chief Communications Officer and the Co-Founder of Answers in Genesis (AiG). In addition to handling AiG’s media requests, Looy’s duties also extend to event organizing and marketing. He spearheaded the famous Bill Nye/Ken Ham debate in 2014. As CCO, he also interfaces with local and national media, booking speaking and media engagements for AiG president Ken Ham and staff scientists. He has been interviewed and quoted by such news sources as the Washington Post, New York Times, ABC’s World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer, the BBC and countless others. Furthermore, Looy co-produces Answers…with Ken Ham, a daily radio feature heard on over 1,000 stations worldwide.
Born in Australia, Looy has lived in four countries. He earned bachelors and masters degrees in history from San Diego State University and did postgraduate work in Scotland under a full Rotary Scholarship (1983-1984). Like his multi-faceted position at AiG, Looy’s personal life experiences are equally diverse. In 1984, he embarked on an around-the-world trip encompassing 20 nations. In all, he has traveled to 58 countries. He has also co-written a sports book featuring interviews with the world’s greatest athletes and has participated successfully on three TV quiz shows – on two of them he won the grand prize. Looy and his wife, Renee, live in Hebron, Kentucky, and they have three grown sons. Looy's message will inspire and help you grow. We are excited to grow with you.

Please welcome Scott Edelman back to our Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan Podcast.
Scott Edelman - we talk this time with us about antisemitism in US. Colleges. Mr. Edelman retired from the United States Foreign Service (diplomatic corps) within the U.S. Department of State in 2015 following 35 years of service largely focused on the Middle East and intelligence analysis.
Mr. Edelman entered government service in 1980 as an intelligence analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency. In that capacity, he followed and analyzed political developments in East Africa (1980-83) and Eastern Europe (1986-89), receiving an Exceptional Performance Award upon his departure.
He also worked on loan to the State Department as a political officer at the United States Embassy in Bucharest, Romania (1984-86). After joining the Foreign Service in 1989, he served overseas as a consular and political officer in Poland (1990-92), commercial attaché in the Bahamas (1992-94), political officer in the United Arab Emirates (1997-2000), deputy consul at the U.S. consulate in Adana, Turkey (2001-02), U.S. consul in Izmir, Turkey (2002-04) and as the State Department advisor (POLAD) to the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet at its headquarters in Bahrain (2010-13). He also served as the political officer at the U.S. liaison mission in Mogadishu, Somalia during Operation Restore Hope (1993) and as a civilian observer with the international peacekeeping force in the Sinai, Egypt (1994-95).
During the course of these assignments, he received two Superior Honor awards and a Meritorious Honor award. From 2004 to 2006, he was the analyst for Turkish affairs in the Department’s Intelligence and Research Bureau (INR), receiving INR’s Best New Analyst award in 2005.
From 2009-10, he returned to INR as its sole (later senior) analyst for Iraq, receiving special recognition for his contributions to the 2010 National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) on Iraq. From 2006-08, he was an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO (serving as the State Department’s “diplomat in residence.”)
Born in New York in 1955, Mr. Edelman received his BA in Politics (with a focus on Near Eastern studies) at Brandeis University, a law degree from the University of Connecticut, and pursued graduate studies in Government (National Security Studies) at Georgetown University. He speaks, at varying degrees of fluency, Hebrew, Arabic, French, Romanian, Polish and Turkish. His hobbies and interests include travel, history and photography. He is married and has one son.

Please welcome back to Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan Podcast - Susan Michael - U.S. Director of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) .
Susan - will talk about the antisemitism in our colleges - And - what we and the world can do about it. For more than 35 years, Susan has pioneered the development of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) in the United States and around the world. She currently serves as the ministry’s USA Director and is a member of the ICEJ’s international Board of Directors. Susan’s involvement with the ICEJ began as a graduate student at Jerusalem University College in 1980, the same year that the Christian Embassy was first established. Upon completing her master’s degree in Judeo-Christian Studies, she returned from Israel with a heart to further the Embassy’s mission among fellow Americans. After a season assisting the ministry’s international leadership to host a series of high-profile pro-Israel conferences across the USA, she was asked to head up the ICEJ’s US Branch. In addition to a master’s degree in Judeo-Christian Studies, she holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from Oral Roberts University and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Laws by Piedmont International University in 2018. Susan is an author, gifted teacher, and international speaker. She is often called upon to address complex and sensitive issues such as anti-Semitism, Islam, Jewish-Christian relations, and current events in the Middle East to a diverse range of audiences. Her experience working with Arabs, Jews, and Christians from many national and denominational backgrounds has equipped her to handle delicate topics central to an understanding of Israel with extraordinary clarity and grace. In recent years she has produced a number of educational tools to enable other Christians to do the same. Susan has built the US Branch of the ICEJ into a scripturally sound and reputable ministry, evidenced in its leadership of one of the strongest networks of Evangelical leaders in America—the American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI). Susan and her husband lived and worked for many years in Washington, DC, where she developed a close working relationship with the Israeli Embassy and strong connections with the US Jewish community at large. They currently reside in South Florida.

Alveda - has a PhD, she serves as Chair of the America First Policy Institute’s Center for the American Dream. Dr. King is also an acclaimed author, Fox News Channel contributor, Fox Nation host, NEWSMAX blog contributor, twice elected to GA State House, past presidential appointee, 2021 recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, and is a film and music industry veteran.

Erin is married to Aurora and they have two beautiful boys, Lior and Noah. He has a Master degree: Master of Science for Industrial Chemistry - and - is a full time missionary with Campus Crusade for Christ in Albania for over ten years.
He has been on few short missions trips in: Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Germany. Erin comes from muslim background and chose to believe in Jesus 15 years ago. As he understood that Jesus didn’t die only for christians, but also for as a muslim. His decision to believe in Jesus was not easy because he comes from a village with 100% muslims. ut after he accepted Christ his familly and friends accepted Chrsit too -as he share the gospel with them. Now Erin and Aurora are full time missionaries with Campus Crusade for Christ in Albania. His message will encourage you to share Christ with others.

Susan Michael - U.S. Director of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) -returns as our guest at Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan Podcast.
Susan - will talk about the Hamas horrifying attack on Israel; Israel at war; the current situation, and what the future might look like. And - what we and the world can do about it.
For more than 35 years, Susan has pioneered the development of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) in the United States and around the world. She currently serves as the ministry’s USA Director and is a member of the ICEJ’s international Board of Directors.
Susan’s involvement with the ICEJ began as a graduate student at Jerusalem University College in 1980, the same year that the Christian Embassy was first established. Upon completing her master’s degree in Judeo-Christian Studies, she returned from Israel with a heart to further the Embassy’s mission among fellow Americans. After a season assisting the ministry’s international leadership to host a series of high-profile pro-Israel conferences across the USA, she was asked to head up the ICEJ’s US Branch.
In addition to a master’s degree in Judeo-Christian Studies, she holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from Oral Roberts University and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Laws by Piedmont International University in 2018. Susan is an author, gifted teacher, and international speaker. She is often called upon to address complex and sensitive issues such as anti-Semitism, Islam, Jewish-Christian relations, and current events in the Middle East to a diverse range of audiences. Her experience working with Arabs, Jews, and Christians from many national and denominational backgrounds has equipped her to handle delicate topics central to an understanding of Israel with extraordinary clarity and grace.
In recent years she has produced a number of educational tools to enable other Christians to do the same. Susan has built the US Branch of the ICEJ into a scripturally sound and reputable ministry, evidenced in its leadership of one of the strongest networks of Evangelical leaders in America—the American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI).
Susan and her husband lived and worked for many years in Washington, DC, where she developed a close working relationship with the Israeli Embassy and strong connections with the US Jewish community at large. They currently reside in South Florida.
